Valeting / Detailing Package Price EstimatesIf you are looking to get a price estimate on a detailing or valeting package, please send as much information as possible with your request, including photographs of the current condition of your vehicle. We have detailing and valeting packages listed on our website, these are stated as ‘from’ and are the base price for the package. Our prices are determined by the size and condition of the vehicle. Once we have given you a price estimate, these are valid for 7 days and are subject to change if more than 7 days have passed since the estimate was given. Please be prepared to pay a deposit to secure your booking. Please note: We do not have a customer waiting area, so please be prepared to arrange lifts when dropping off your car.

DepositsDeposits are required for some of our detailing packages, specifically for Paint Corrections, Gloss Enhancements, Ceramic Coatings, any bookings over £400, or packages that span over multiple days. Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your booking and cover any cost for consumables, coatings, cover any time wasted if you decided to no show, or any adjustments made for cancelations. Bookings are on a first come, first served basis. Only when I have a deposit will the dates be confirmed and booked in. While I am aware that in some cases unforeseeable circumstances arise last minute, deposits are transferable to a new booking if you have given me 48 hours notice. Any rearrangement made 24 hours before a booking, will be taken into consideration for a deposit transfer. If you do not give any notice and no show to your booking, the deposit will be lost, and any new bookings will require a new deposit at a higher percentage rate. I work on a ‘two strikes and you are out’ policy, if you no show to a booking and no show to the rearrangement then any further bookings will be denied.

Customer UpdatesFor our Machine Polishing, Ceramic Coatings or packages that span over a couple of days, we aim to keep our customers up to date with our progress throughout the time the vehicle is with us. If we don’t get in contact with you, it usually means we do not have an update, or we are still busy working on your vehicle. Please do not send multiple messages to our social media platforms, I’m sure you would rather we were busy working on your car, rather than sat replying to multiple messages. If you need us urgently, please get in contact with us via email or phone, as social media accounts are not regularly checked throughout the day.

Rescheduled Bookings and No ShowsWe know that there are sometimes unforeseeable circumstances that mean you may need to reschedule your booking. We ask for 48 hours notice for any rescheduled bookings; however, we appreciate that some things pop up last minute, letting us know you can’t make it is better than being a no show and wasting our time. We are happy to transfer deposits to a new booking when adequate notice has been given. If you do not give any notice and no show to your booking, the deposit will be lost, and any new bookings will require a new deposit at a higher percentage rate. We work on a ‘two strikes and you are out’ policy, if you no show to a booking and no show to the rearrangement then any further bookings will be denied. Giving us notice of the rescheduled booking, allows us to move bookings around and get people from our waiting list booked in.

Discounts and Price MatchingThe simple answer to this is no. We are not willing to match prices, as we cannot guarantee they can match our quality of workmanship. We also cannot assume they will be using the same grade of products and equipment with the same level of expertise and experience. When you purchase one of our Detailing Packages, you are not only purchasing a detailing package, but You are also getting our knowledge, safe wash techniques, our expertise from years of training and the safest and best products on the market to ensure your vehicle is Protected and Maintained to the highest standard possible. What we can do is work to your budget, let us know what it is you are looking for and maybe we can recommend another of our detailing packages, where we can work to getting your car to the level you are looking for.

Maintenance Wash SchemeOur maintenance wash scheme is available to customers who have purchased one of our protection packages. The scheme is designed to help maintain the protection applied to your vehicle, which not only ensures its life span, but means you can continue to enjoy your clean vehicle throughout the year. We recommend booking Maintenance washes every 4-6 weeks. Pre-booked appointments are available for those who want to secure their future bookings.

What To Do Before Your AppointmentOnce you have confirmation of your booking, please make sure you note down the date and time or keep your appointment card safe. You will be given a drop off time for your vehicle, I have done this to minimise the amount of people dropping cars off to help with social distancing. Please let me know before the day of appointment if this time doesn’t work for you so I can arrange a new drop off time. Please remove all personal items, car seats etc from the vehicle before leaving it with us. The condition of all vehicles is photographed and documented before any work takes place, this is to create physical documentation of the vehicles condition including any damage or marks on the vehicle. Please note - We do not have a customer waiting area, so please make arrangements for lifts before booking in with us.

How Do I Know Which Paint Correction Package My Car Needs?The easiest way to get an answer to this is to book a consultation with us. To get the most out of a paint correction, it is always best to get the paint evaluated by the professional working on your car, rather than the opinion of friends and family, as you can get a realistic evaluation of what is achievable. During the paint consultation we can highlight any areas of concern, explain the work required, mention any areas that need paint, and most importantly talk through your options and the results you want to achieve. We can also build you a more accurate price once we have inspected the vehicle, including any coatings and maintenance washes going forward.

Removing Steps From The PackagesWe will not remove any stages from our packages, unless we have inspected the vehicle and decided that the vehicle doesn’t need it. We have built our detailing packages based on the process needed, we will not remove decontamination steps, regardless of how ‘immaculate’ you state the vehicle is. Certain steps in the packages are required to ensure the surface is as clean as possible before we touch the vehicle with a machine polisher or apply protection. Removing a free interior clean, will not adjust the price.
